How can this have a 100% score?

How can this have a 100% score when the show hasn't even aired yet (three days before the date it is supposed to air)? Have so called critics been paid and instructed to create an artificial buzz in order to get more people to subscribe to CBS All Access and Amazon Prime?

19% down a couple weeks more of this garbage and score is lower than that of ENT.
