Will New episodes go live Thursday night at midnight? or will it be like at 9AM Friday Eastern time?

Reason I ask is I read somewhere they are doing the opposite of Netflix by making you wait each week (while Netflix drops a new series and lets you binge) so I'm wondering if they'll do the midnight drop differently as well?
