But Inspector Chihuahua is due to visit the airport. Fred tries to instruct the family members, in order to get top marks from the inspector. The problem is that they are all looking after Hulga and no-one is doing their job!

Fred, who has understood that the kiss meant nothing, takes advantage of the situation to persuade Ned that Cookie is in love with Moppet because he works so hard. So Ned throws himself heart and soul into his work, hoping that Cookie will notice him. For his part, because of the kiss, little Moppet too thinks Cookie is in love with him
