This shows a season ID 144087, defining a role Francesca, with credit ID 5e9693785c563400136d9c98 and person ID 1949684 (Mecia Simson).
I've tried adding the credit as Add to all seasons and then deleting them both, but this did not fix the issue as the season with ID 144087 no longer exists.

Finally resolved it. Because the season credit was as "Francesca" and I introduced the name "Francesca Findabair" later on, things became confusing. I finally had to delete all Francesca Findabair on the episode level, add one at the episode level as Francesca, delete that, so that the "0 episodes" credit on her now showed "Francesca". Then add a "all season" role for Francesca, uncheck all seasons and remove both regular cast credits. Finally, they're all gone.
I previously had deleted all season credits, but as they were with the name "Francesca Findabair", the "0 episodes" credit remained with the name "Francesca Findabair" and so the all season regular credit as "Francesca", never merged the ghost credit "Francesca Findabair".
