The 3rd season has only 19 episodes. The sites you are referring to split the 11th episode in 2 parts instead of a single one.

Ah sorry. There's no real discoverability of previous issues when opening a new issue. Is there a trick while on a series page to view previous issues so as not to cause you folks churn?

On top of the page "Fandom" -> "Discussions" -> "Content issues"

Hm, kinda hidden away then. Perhaps if another link was added right below the "Report an Issue" link on the series page, maybe called "Reported Issues", it could help others not report already reported issues.
