The Phoenix Foundation goes after Bishop, the number 6 on the FBI Most Wanted. This episode is not so much about the aforementioned case. The team is distracted by their evaluation interview. Matty, the new director, reminds me a bit of Hetty (NCIS LA): she appears out of nowhere and everyone is a bit scared of her. Not to mention: their nicknames rhyme
