Hi Uilio,
If there is Japanese information added to an item, it can be returned if the application you're using supports it. Not all items will have a Japanese translation added though. This is an example:
But if the problem is with an application you're using, you should contact them to see why you're not getting the information you expect.
Unless, are you saying you're having trouble editing information in Japanese?
