Hi, I was looking into that Season 2 Episode 10 issue as well. I have 10 episodes for season 2. Multiple sites refer to it:

So in th TMDB database, does that mean that you consider Episode 9 as being a double episode?

TMDb only support the original version. So you would need to prove that the original airing on Channel 2 had ten episodes. But it most likely didn't.

The episodes may have been recut for international broadcasting.
