Toha Yamaji, a ninja in training, must don the family suit and become Jiraiya when the Sorceror Clan comes after his family and the mysterious Pako just as various ninjas from around the world begin to arrive for the same object.

As Toha continues to try and manage the Yamaji household with his father gone, a gunslinging ninja of the American West is brought in to take him down by the Sorcerer Clan.
