It's such a formularic tv show. Everything that I enjoyed about the first season like the fast paced plot and deadly zombies is now gone in season two. Yes the zombies looks terrifying but they are not. They are easily dispatched by the living. People always seem to get away and the living are scarier than the dead. If I wanted to watch a show about ruthless people I can pick several other genres. I don't need to see ones that happen to take place with disgusting looking zombies wandering aimlessly around and sometimes eat a red shirt character.

That sounds boring.

It mostly was. In the 2B part of the season, Nick had this really intense kill of a walker in a makeshift hospital... I won't tell you what exactly happened, but that was maybe THE big highlight.

Yeah, I stopped watching around episode 11 of season 2. Nick was cutting oxycontin to conserve. I lasted maybe 20 minutes of this episode and had to turn it off. It's like the walking dead made for people living in nursing homes. It's really slow and every episode is a chore to watch now. I'm surprised this hasn't been cancelled. AMC has cancelled better shows before.

So Nick relapsed? I took a break from watching at episode 8. I don't really understand what this show is about. I wanted more deadly zombies and less focus on the family dynamic. After I'm done watching season two I won't continue with this show. It's too slow.

No, he was cutting the pills to ration them out at the colonia for the people.
