I think she's definitely connected somehow. I, unfortunately, never seem to pay attention to the pictures of the bus metas when they're shown, other than Ralph.

Well her picture hasn't been shown yet on either Team Flash or DeVoe's walls yet because they haven't classifed her as one. I just find it eerie that she's only showing up around Team Flash, and also I do believe since the room at CCPD is still there with all of Barry's writing, and she's the one to be able to translate it. I think Barry's writing holds the key to stopping DeVoe and she's the key into figuring out how.

With three episodes left in the season, I have a feeling she'll be found out to be the last meta and she'll help the team defeat DeVoe once and for all.

...what? I thought it was obvious she's Barry and Iris's daughter from the future.

If not daughter, granddaughter at least. Though I'm leaning toward her being Dawn while Iris (who will briefly be a speedster in an upcoming episode) will technically be XS as a sort of nod to the comic character (given how her speedster outfit looks).

Yeah that could be an option too and somehow she got pulled out of the Speed Force with Barry and is from a future timeline, similar to how Savitar ended up being a future version of Barry.
