I'm in the minority I guess thinking that was pretty darn cool. I liked it. To me it was a combination of the Silver Surfer and Frozone from The Incredibles.

Killer frost has been known to do alot of this stuff in other material prior. Caitlyn is just developing and learning knew abilities on the show. I mean she knows the real Killer frost from Zoom's earth. That Killer frost used to do the same things. Dont see why its a writing issue here.

Edit every training session doesnt have to happen on screen like they do with Barry. Cisco has come along way since he got his powers. He wasnt shown developing it often. He figured SH-- out. I'm sure Jesse Quick can phase even though we barely see her now. Would it be a shocker if she did it in a future episode? Not to mention she was M.I.A. for a while. You learn and get better SIMPLE over time.
