I don't understand, how can a future-Barry look the same as current Barry? (If you ignore the scar, I mean age-wise)

To me he looked pale white, and his hair looked dyed black. This could have been for a sinister effect, so hopefully we'll get a better look at him next week. The lighting was also not good--intentionally, of course--so it's hard to tell either way. We also don't know how old this Barry is...or do we? Did Savitar ever say how far in the future he comes from?

He didn't say how old he was, but he must have gone through a lot to want Iris dead. Also, what is Savitar waiting for? If he wants her dead, why wait?

Maybe to toy with and torture Barry in making him wait.

He wants to torture his younger self? The guy needs a shrink. :D

Because CW needs 24 episodes per season and because the script says so

Don't try to apply logic to a live action cartoon. Barry could have taken out Killer Frost 100 times last night but didn't. It's like he forgets that he has super speed.

Speedster generally age slowly, at least in DC continuity.

It's funny tho, if he used his speed properly 95% of all the enemies he faced would have gone down in 5 min each episodes. Instead we get to see him fail then get a pep talk, then facing the enemy again and almost failing but his team helps him to succeed
