Very possible - it was snowing at the beginning of last episode (before Barry knew about KF) and he didnt find it the least bit weird. Definitely didnt seem like spring time, that's for sure
I've not seen the last episode but i think we are still a fair bit away from may 2017 in universe. When Barry was first thrown into the future it was "five months into the future" so episode 9 is November / December.
It's hard to know the timeline but:
"Untouchable" "Attack on Gorilla City" and "Attack on Central City" all happen over the course of a few days.
The events of "The Wrath of Savitar" and "Into the Speedforce" also follow on from each other.
