According to the producers, the villain in season 3 is NOT a member of team Flash. They did that for the first two seasons, but aren't doing it for season 2.
So it's gonna be harder to figure out who Savitar is than I thought.
Maybe it's a NEW character that we haven't SEEN before?

So him calling Wally "Wallace" like HR does is misdirection?

Maybe. But I think that the reason he calls him "Wallace" is because they don't have a personal relationship. So that's why Savitar addresses him by his formal name.

well most of us guessed who Prometheus was on Arrow 4 weeks ago, how hard can Savitar be?, we know he has been in a cave fora long time so its nobody that was on the show recently and i assume its someone from another Earth

My theory is that they will defeat Savitar without ever revealing his identity. Then in season 4 we will get introduced to a new character, who ends up becoming part of the group. There will be an accident that turns the new character into Savitar. He blames the gang for what happens to him and Barry will then be forced to trap him in the Speed Force, which also has the added benefit of freeing Jay. Savitar will then use the speed force to interact with the past, thus creating the events of season 3 and completing a time loop.
