Is Jesse on Earth One To Hurt Her Father?

So, when Jesse told her father about living with Wally on Earth One, it seemed like she was disappointed that he didn't become unhinged. Do you think she's on Earth One with Wally just to make her father mad or do you think she actually likes Wally?
