so excited for tonight's ep...a bit annoyed that Julian is going along. I like that Jesse is back, even if it's only a couple episodes. It should be fun to see her with HR!

Julian seems to be fitting in okay. I knew he'd probably want to go on the trip for at least two reasons: The adventure and Caitlin. It's the latter that will get him killed.

Hmmm..mostly a solid episode. Just hafta wonder 1.why a telepathic gorilla can't tell that Barry was alive and the others were lying to him and 2. How did Grodd get in contact with a breacher from Earth132 or wherever her and HR are from?. But mostly a solid ep.

I'm going to give "The Flash" a little bit of slack on the plot holes when dealing with Grodd. The reason I say this is because of Sisko's infatuation with Gypsy. I think Grodd scanned Sisko's mind for information about the breacher, and that's the reason. I did have some reservations about Flash's ruse on Grodd, but I think Barry can slow his vitals and brain activity to undetectable levels. Now, the only reason I think Grodd didn't see through the subterfuge is because he was so elated with Flash's death that he wasn't paying attention to the rest of them. I do think this was a fantastic episode. Those Flash actors and writers are really doing a fantastic job.

People have a problem with Julian? Really? He's easily the best addition to this season. I'm gonna be pissed when they kill him off. Also, did anyone find it weird seeing the gorillas rear end?

If he knew Caitlin's backstory, he'd think twice about hanging out with her.

Yeah, Caitlin's vagina is the true villain of this show. Any romantic interest of hers ends up dead, good guy or bad guy.

Last episode when he asked her out on a date and got on the elevator with her, his fate was sealed.

So it's not the way the character's romances are written that are problematic or even the character's "heart" but her vagina?? I don't know you so perhaps refer to male character's romantic problems in the a similar fashion. Regardless, it is at best disrespectful and inappropriate and at worst sexist and offensive. I sincerely hope you treat real people with more respect.

I wish they would make a joke about how her last 2 boyfriends ended up. When Julian dies, that should trigger her into thinking about it. Make it the tipping point for her becoming Killer Frost.

I was excited for the episode when I heard about it. After watching it, I feel it was rushed especially the ending. Grodd is suppose to be so smart and fell for that trick and why didn't they have a gorilla on guard duty?

If Grodd was ever a season villain, I figure the telepathic human would be in majority episodes. Having Grodd on the screen must hit into their budget, but damn that telepathic acting was not good. Cavanagh usually knocks everything out for me but I did not like it.

It was a joke, lighten up and its true any romantic interest for her dies.

Agreed, some of the worse acting I've seen on the show.

I think you're right about Julian's fate. I think Killer Frost is the perfect name for Caitlin because she's prone to kill everybody around her, and I think she's realizing this. Julian's death will be the catalyst for bringing out Killer Frost.

Yeah I don't think Julian will last long. i think Caitlin will accidentally kill him or something like that.

This episode was badass. Loved everything about Gorilla Grodd and the Gorilla City. Most of that had to have been CGI. Must have been expensive. I love how Grodd tricked Barry into fighting Salvator so he could take over as leader. Even if it's for a short time, it's great to have Earth-2 Wells back. I'm really curious how Grodd found out about and got a hold of Gypsy. Can't wait for part 2.

Julian will need your prayers and positive thoughts.
