My analysis of S04E05

This episode was all about Long John Silver's decision between Flint and Billy.
The showrunners build up the weight of this by playing to Billy's sensibility (and Silver's deep-down agreement with him), and his premature commitment to Flint. Complicated by this is Madi's agreement with Flint's decision to take Eleanore Guthrie's deal. Both Silver's head and heart are with Billy, but it seems ultimately it is not enough to stop the momentum of all the action that is taking place.

I think the idea of pirates or just the word pirates(and it being on starz) kills the show for many before they even give it a chance. But man oh man are people missing out. the way this season is going this is going to be a phenomenal final four episodes.
