Timmy thinks Cosmo and Wanda have it easy being godparents, and vice versa. To prove each other's points, Timmy becomes a fairy and Cosmo and Wanda become normal kids. But Timmy can't control his magic and has to undergo training from Jorgen von Strangle, and Cosmo and Wanda have a tough time dealing with Timmy's parents and school.

Timmy learns from Cupid that Tootie is destined to be his special someone, but he doesn't want to waste his first kiss on Vicky's little sister instead of Trixie, so he creates an elaborate Valentine for Trixie consisting of dancers and a song. After Trixie rejects him yet again, Timmy decides to wish all girls to another part of the world before Tootie can get to him.

Mrs. Turner wins a contest that makes her the new weather-person of the local news, and Timmy wishes that everything she will predict would come true.

Cosmo and Wanda plan a party to celebrate Timmy having godparents for one year. But Mr. Crocker has other plans that involve a magic muffin that grants one wish without rules to whoever eats it. So Mr. Crocker eats the muffin, so he wishes he can catch a fairy godparent. Crocker gets a butterfly net, and catches Wanda.

After cute and cuddly creatures named "Gigglepies" invade and capture Yugopotamia, Mark Prince flees his planet to enlist the help of the "mighty Earth warrior" Timmy Turner in defeating the threat.
