本期节目中，6万5千英镑的“人民之车”——大众辉腾将亮相。鼹鼠试驾一辆TVR T350C，以及鹞式垂直起降战斗机。最后，节目组对路虎揽胜进行了可靠性测试，因为大猩猩跟路虎的销售经理打了一个赌，如果6个月内借给他们的揽胜出了毛病，猩猩就会打死经理的狗。当然，杰瑞米是不会伤害狗的，那么他到底做了什么呢？

本期节目中，大猩猩测试一部11岁高龄的丰田海拉克斯皮卡车，用各种方式也没能杀死这部坚强的机器，创造了“不死”的神话。可惜的是，同样的测试不能用在本期嘉宾——著名的毒舌：西蒙·考威尔的身上。

船长接手大猩猩，继续摧残不死的海拉克斯，这次，船长直接将它放在240英尺高的楼顶，随着塔楼被定向爆破，海拉克斯还能逃出生天么？

本期节目中，三贱客跟往常一样争论汽车话题，这一次的话题是最好的英国车。来到南非，哈蒙德测试全新的梅赛德斯·迈凯轮SLR，而大猩猩则体验了当时全新登场的保时捷SUV——卡宴。最后，几位高智商的科学家被聚在一起，看看谁烧起胎来最厉害。

本集中杰瑞米用自己的心头好——70年代早期的梅赛德斯280SL，与全新的奥迪TT比较。而哈蒙德则比较了9000英镑的日产Micra和3800万英镑的私人波音737客机。船长比较的是阿斯顿马丁Lagonda和最新亮相的DB9. 最后，众多新旧两代车全面展开加速比赛。

经历了精彩的一季，三贱客发现，他们花光了节目的预算，他们能找到节省开支维持拍摄的办法么？显然不能。本集中，杰瑞米试驾克莱斯勒Crossfire，哈蒙德则测试巴博斯调教的Smart跑车，以及思域Type R，还试驾了本田NSX。詹姆斯则来到伯明翰——“黑区外的巴塞罗那”，试驾捷豹XJ6.

杰瑞米来到苏格兰山峰试驾全新一代路虎发现，并向观众传授生存技巧：比如一定要携带罐头汤和柠檬汁。哈蒙德则前往瑞士，体验Rinspeed设计的一些新奇的汽车，包括一部水陆两用车。最后，大猩猩把一部道奇蝰蛇SRT-10开着了火，质量真好。
