Extra Details: Hi, A season with two bonus episodes is missing here. Since adding seasons is locked I'm not able to add them.

An "Ended" TV Show Status automatically disables the ability to create new seasons. A simple work around is to change the status back to "Returning Series" to add the missing Season 0. Just don't forget to fix the status after you're done.
