Our specials are only the segments that weren't aired on TV, and not the complete DVD episodes as the ones from AniDB.

With this logic other episodes should also be segmented.
You cannot find just these two segments to watch, only the whole episodes (ex. Crunchyroll).

We are going as pet the original release.
Based on this article, they were originally released separately as OVAs, and have only been returned to their intended place for the zone 1 DVD.
The fandom here and here also indicate that they were released simultaneously as OVAs.
