One of Ryota's friends' parents begin to behave like children. Suspecting a strange psychology clinic, Hisako infiltrates it, only to be captured by a mad doctor.

A family of would-be officers begins a emergence service. They claim it is better than Winspector, albeit it's actually very comical. However, after being deceived by thieves, the daughter decides to overcome Ryouma by catching them first.

A young man has a crush on Hisako, but becomes involved in a criminal case involving a masked man who inexplicably glows before punching through an ATM machine. Winspector determines that the two seem to be acquainted somehow. What follows is a hot blooded tale of friendship and rivalry, leading to a bone rattling, bare knuckle boxing showdown and the stakes are high.
