Kazumi is a student and artist who painted a picture for her writer sister. When they hire Misa to work as a maid in their house, she and her sister begin to notice that the painting carries malevolent influences.

Kazue shows her friends that an orange stain appeared in a photo with them, including Misa. It seems strange, but Misa initially doesn't notice anything wrong. When Kazue mysteriously dies and a new stain appears in Yukari's photo, Misa is sure that something very sinister is happening around her and her friends.

With her powers partially sealed, Misa faces difficulties in finding those responsible for the murders occurring within the group of girls. But when she identifies the magic pattern being formed, she manages to get closer to the one responsible for all the cruelty.
