Miniseries on here is no different category like on IMDb, this listing is correct! :)

I see. It's just that some miniseries are not categorised as "series" and therefore they are shown on Letterboxd, for instance. Band of Brothers, Making a Murderer, OJ Made in America, to name a few. I wanted to know if there is a special reason for the differentiation. :)

Yes, all miniseries "are allowed" (for now) to be entered as movies. Though typically that means only English content, haha! 'Cause most people who want to enter the miniseries in the movie section so it appears on letterbox (we didn't support TV series until 2013) don't care about "foreign" content -- I think.
I wouldn't add it to movies if I were you though, it'll all be deleted after August 20th anyway, would be a waste of your time and energy.
(If you want to know another great "mini series", from our Southern neighbours Belgium, try Deadline 14/10, and its "sequel" Deadline 25/5.)
