Jimmy Don is sick of being with women who just want to sleep with him so they can audition their talents. His manager secludes him in Passion Cove where he meets Angela the pool girl. Surprised that she doesn't know who he is, Jimmy becomes paranoid, suspecting all the time that she's working some sort of angle. But when his paranoia gets in the way of the two of them having a good time, he realizes that his fame isn't always what the women want from him.

So he shacks her up in Passion Cove, aided by his body guard Tim. Margoe and Drew have been best friends since college, and they've planned a weekend together with their significant others at a vacation house. When Margoe arrives early, she catches her boyfriend Tony in bed with another girl and dumps him on the spot. Later, Drew arrives alone because his girlfriend Linda can't come until the next day. Margoe tells Drew that Tony couldn't make it, and the two of them spend the rest of the day together discussing their lives and relationships, and becoming closer. The next day Linda shows up without a suitcase, has goodbye sex with Drew, dumps hims right there, and then leaves. Once Drew finds out that Margoe is no longer dating Tony, he and Margoe must decide if they want to be more than just best friends.
