Allison has unsettling visions about a father abusing his young son (Bryce Robinson), who in turn seeks comfort in a talking doll that may be delivering sinister messages to the child. Meanwhile, health issues rattle Joe as he takes on a looming project deadline.

Allsion had a dream that takes place about 20 years in the future in which Marie dies of leukemia. Upon waking up Allison is determined to keep Marie safe no matter what needs to be done. Joe strongly disagrees with Allison's actions, and tries to convince her to stay rational. Meanwhile Scanlon investigates the sudden death of a close friend.

The psychic killer from "S.O.S." escapes from prison, where Allison helped put him, and goes after Allison in her own house.

Meanwhile, Cynthia Keener tries to push Allison's dreams towards outstanding cases and Devalos and Scanlon are reunited with Allison in an unexpected way after an arson-related murder.

While working to locate a missing local girl, Allison learns about secrets from Cynthia Keener's past. Meanwhile, Joe's relationship with Allison is tested after Bridgette's science class project sparks his imagination.

As Allison teams up with Scanlon to track down the dangerous "cougar" they believe is responsible for the murders of young men, she also has visions that Devalos' campaign is in jeopardy, with someone plotting against him.

Allison meets Meghan Doyle, Joe's new business partner. Meanwhile, her old car stops working and Joe surprises her with a nice looking used car. The car ends up being the center of a horrible unsolved crime though.

Meanwhile, Meghan Doyle tries to sell her controlling interest in Joe's invention and Joe tries to save his own stake in it. Also, the election between Devalos and Tom Van Dyke takes place.

Allison comes face-to-face with her stalker from her dreams. He believes he is doing God's work and must stop her. Allison and her family must remain under house arrest until they capture him. Meanwhile, Joe agonizes over whether or not to make a big gamble that could potentially save his company.

Allison’s possessed stalker, Lucas Harvey, continues to torment her by infiltrating her dreams and causing her to be less than reliable to Devalos and Scanlon during an investigation of serial killings.

On the 100th episode of Medium, an infant is kidnapped and Allison investigates the disappearance. But when she becomes too obsessed with the infant, Joe starts to get worried about her. Meanwhile, Bridgette and Joe are surprised after Marie manages to play the clarinet without any issues even though she hasn't attended any classes, while Bridgette is struggling to play.

Allison fears the worst about Ariel's new boyfriend when she suspects him of murdering a man. Also, Bridgette posts embarrassing videos of a man on the Internet and gets into trouble.

Samples of a lethal viral disease vanish, a dire development that pushes Allison to tap into her extrasensory ability to foil a possible large-scale bioterrorism attack.
