Past participants join three of this season's models in a fashion show, a model gets sick and enters the hospital, and the girls are put to the test on a runway suspended over water.

The women are divided into two teams for a flag football challenge with professional football players. During the challenge, the all-stars pose for photos and the competition is fierce.
