I think you are mistaken, because there is (was) a difference between the TVDb ID for a show and the TVDb ID for a season. Look:

1.) That is the show level: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31724-code-geass/edit?active_nav_item=external_ids

The TVDb ID here is 79525 -> which is correct: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/code-geass-lelouch-of-the-rebellion

2.) But, the link you provided is for the season level: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31724-code-geass/season/1

This is the editing page: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31724-code-geass/season/1/edit?active_nav_item=external_ids

That's the level of season 1, and 17760 is (was) the correct TVDb ID for this season: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/code-geass-lelouch-of-the-rebellion/seasons/1

The confusing thing is that TVDb did a relaunch of their website back in May. One result of the relaunch was that they got rid of the season IDs for shows. At least, I can't find those season IDs anymore! The season IDs are missing from the url since then. But, historically, there was a difference between show and season IDs. And our data seems to reflect that and is correct.

First id which is already is 17760. I tried to search this series with id by Thetvdb api and i got this error : ID: 17760 not found. So id which is existing is incorrect.

Id which i suggested is 79525 its showing name for season 1 but it have both seasons 1 and 2. So if you run api with id 79525 then you can get both series for this anime and you can also check here https://www.thetvdb.com/series/code-geass-lelouch-of-the-rebellion.

In simple words i checked seasons and episodes of 79525 in thetvdb that is same to 31724-code-geass in themoviedb and 17760 don't exists.

Like @janar already said; 79525 is the id for the series, which is already added. You're reporting the season id. Which is something totally different, and seems to no longer exist for them.

If you have issues with a third party, contact them for support. The historical season ids won't be removed...
