Current season is 14 not 12 as currently reflected

The episode list should follow the original order i.e. the seasons as they originally aired on Animal Planet.
There is however an alternative order (episode group) for the current seasons: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31537-pit-bulls-parolees/episode_group/5ddb6cd96f53e10011ef2e1b

The links that play as a result of these changes are not correct as they are the prior season shows episodes

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "play," but the episodes groups are also available via the API. Whichever app or website that you are using should ideally use the episode group instead of the original order, or give you to option to use it. Contact them if they don't.
