As he was rumoured to be about to do ( see my postings). How would Hawkeye have been back in civilian life? Still a mixed up, misguided radical? Also, going hand in hand with that. Two years after Alda had last played Hawk would he have been strange coming back as the character? Would he have been able to get back in the swing of it?
