I’ve been sharing a room with Apprentice Devall since I arrived here. To be honest, I’ve always looked up to him enormously. He’s so much further along with his apprenticeship and, although we’re forbidden from discussing any aspect of our training, he gives me really good advice which has proved to be vital when things get a little untoward, which they have a habit of doing here.

I was pretty far along in my apprenticeship and was certainly well aware of the rules I was meant to abide by. Of course I wanted to remain in good standing with the leaders of The Order, so I knew better than to test their patience when it came to me pushing the boundaries that were already set in place.
