Khloe Kay is nervous as she waits outside the doctor's office. It's been awhile since she's had a physical... years, in fact... so she's a little worried. Yet, when Dr. Dee Williams appears with a warm, kind smile, Khloe instantly feels the nervousness starting to slip away.

The good doctor we know and love from The Physical, Dr. Dee Williams, is back as she lets a young patient, Ella Hollywood, into her office. This is the first time that Ella's meeting Dr. Williams and they are understandably a bit nervous. Dr. Williams does everything she can to put Ella at ease and only once they're comfortable does she begin the physical exam.

Dr. Williams is thorough and professional as she carefully checks over everything, from Ella's heart rate to their reflexes. Once Dr. Williams is satisfied, she tells Ella that she's going to invite her nurse in to help with the rest of the examination. That's when Khloe Kay steps into the examination room, revealing that she's now a past patient turned nurse!

In this sequel to The Physical and The Physical Returns, we open with Nurse Jean Hollywood proudly receiving their nurse cap. Dr. Dee Williams and Nurse Khloe Kay congratulate Nurse Hollywood on joining their practice. Nurse Hollywood sighs with relief and remarks that it sure wasn't easy -- the three of them had to pull out ALL the stops to make it happen! They laugh and start to retell the eventful story among themselves...

It's time for a new installment of The Physical! This time, Dr. Dee Williams, Nurse Khloe Kay, and Nurse Jean Hollywood are hosting a nurses' retreat for 4 nurses in training. They begin by asking the 4 trainees to introduce themselves and explain why they decided to choose this career.

Charlotte Sins gets things started by saying that she loves helping people. Next, Jade Venus admits that she didn't realize this was going to be a REAL nursing thing, and she thought they were just here to be models! However, she does think this real nurse stuff looks like it might be interesting. Dr. Williams assures Jade that she's welcome to stay - maybe she'll discover a new career path. The next person is Kira Noir, who says she's here because she loves learning about the human body and how to heal all the different parts. And last but certainly not least, Eva Maxim says that one of her parents is a nurse, so she wants to follow in her parent's footsteps.
