Scarlett May Blossom, an 18-year-old Alabama trailer park beauty, believes the spam emails she receives promising her free money, but perhaps they aren't spam after all? Her quest launches her on a daring, mischievous and sassy adventure.

Scarlett is served a summons to testify for a grand jury in a case involving a phony preacher, but she has no money to get to Washington. Her interest in the handsome summons server is interrupted when a nearby trailer blows up.

Scarlett flirts with the Fire Chief who provides money for her bus to Washington. The pizza delivery boy unsuccessfully tries to teach Scarlett to drive, but an accident Scarlett attempts to cover up gets the attention of Sheriff Peabody.

The pizza delivery boy delights in Scarlett's charms. The Sheriff steals the Fire Chief's Viagra, delaying the Chief's plan for a tryst with Scarlett. The Sheriff finds a witness to Scarlett's hit-and-run incident and plans to arrest her.

Scarlett blackmails Sheriff Peabody over his visits to a house of ill repute to prevent him from arresting her and putting her in jail. Dr. Bandalar tries to convince Scarlett to come to Africa to get her millions of "free" Internet money.

Scarlett is in Washington to testify, and she tries to seduce FBI agent Cole, who is a member of a secret society that believes in chastity. Holger, a German agent for Interpol, warns Scarlett that Africans from Bogatoga may abduct her.

Harassed at the grand jury, Scarlett pleads the 5th, then escapes. A nosy taxi driver drives her to the bus station so she can head back to Alabama, but abductors nab her and fly her to Bogatoga, Africa as part of a CIA revolution plot.

Dr. Maghu and Holger convince Scarlett to become the 50th wife of King Bagha, to help the CIA with a plot to overthrow the king's dictatorship. She is promised millions if she can keep the king alive to be captured during the revolution.

Fleeing from revolution in Bogatoga, Scarlett lands in London the final day she is eligible to claim her winnings in the British sweepstakes. Her email award certificate is torn. Can she convince the sweepstakes office to accept her claim?
