Tom and The Mayor are worried about the safety of Jefferton's children, so they decide to buy thousands of Bear Traps to place all around the city to keep strangers away from the children.

Tom bought a whole bunch of World War II items online, thus deciding to propose a WWII themed restaurant to the Mayor, but with the help of the Mayor's nephew Terry, it is quickly changed to an arcade/pizza parlor.

Todd and Tom try to make a show. Tom invents a calculator with a unicorn on top, which ends up ruining thousands of people's lives.

Tom's old friend Gibbons visits just in time for the best friends' convention.

Tom starts a boy's health camp sponsored by Pipe's Buffet.

After getting his family jailed for not being registered in Jefferton, Tom, Joy, and the boys must perform the rebirth ritual to get Tom's next project running.

Tom is appointed Vice Mayor of Hobotown.

Tom suggests to The Mayor that he should open two new restaurants in town from his Skooner's and Gulliver's restaurant chains.

Tom suggests fixing Main Street to The Mayor, in order to throw a parade in honor of "Lobster Day".
