One morning, a little girl, Mine, is left at the door of Münevver Hanım's mansion by her older sister Yasemin without any explanation. Münevver Hanım, who has been longingly waiting for her children whom she has not seen for years, is confused about what to do in the face of this uninvited guest. Her assistant Halil and his family try to find out who the child is. However, the answer is very close at hand. Mine's older sister Yasemin started working at the same hospital as Halil's doctor son Burak. Burak fell in love with Yasemin the moment he saw her, without knowing who she was.

Münevver Hanım wants to have a DNA test done to see if she is Mine's grandmother. Burak takes the hair samples to his friend at the hospital laboratory.
