We start with Cal Malgret, in Montblanc, where we taste the mix between tradition and avant-garde that it offers us. Then, at D Prades, we enjoy simple cuisine with seasonal and local products. We finish with our visit to L'Hostalet, where we taste their spoon cuisine with classic grandmother's recipes.
