On a journey to find True of Heart, Tommy comes upon the incredible discovery of a young man who looks just like him.

Searching for the other half of an arrowhead, Tommy discovers its owner is his brother.

Having kidnapped Tommy's newfound brother David, King Mondo blackmails Tommy into giving up his half of the arrowhead, in order to set David free.
