Khodakhas (Majid Nasiri Jozani) and his mother (Giti Moini) have come to Tehran from Malair for treatment and have become guests of Marwarid Hotel. Along with them, the Babapour family (Hassan Dadshekar, Zeinab Torabi-Azer, Neda Motamedi) who are Azeri-speaking and from Selmas, are also staying in the hotel. Khodakhas is in love with Tarlan, the daughter of this family and insistently asks her mother to propose to her. His mother went to the Babapour family's room under an excuse and left a pair of earrings in their room as a secret address. Unaware, Babapour's family didn't notice the signs from everywhere and handed over the room, but when they left the hotel, they realized that their car wouldn't start. In the meantime, Badri Khanom has a problem with her landlord and is looking for a house.

Khodakhas pretends to be a mechanic and can repair Mr. Babapour's (Hasan Dadshekar) car. But when he doesn't succeed, with the help of Agha Karam, Os Reza (Shaaban Ranginvand), the local mechanic, convinces him to repair the car at night. On the other hand, the man, who likes the custom of marking, hangs a pair of earrings on the clothesline as a sign for the lady to see.
