Hi! Please, read the content guidelines for tv series runtime. As you can see, this docuseries has variable runtime per episode, so the runtime has to be entered on each episode (please do not delete the runtime).

Hi. The runtime has been included for each episode for a number of days now. As with all other mini-series, the length gets updated, regardless of variable length. I dont see why this should be any different? Also all the cast have know disappeared off Letterboxd. Its a bit of a mess.

About the cast, only series regulars will show up on Letterboxd when an entry is a TV series (tv series are transferred manually by a crew member from Letterboxd I think). And as I already mentioned before this docuseries has variable runtime per episode, so the runtime has to be entered on each episode. The runtime field on the tv series its only for tv series with consistent runtime. Now, about the runtime not showing up in Letterboxd, I think it's a design issue on their part.

As you can see with every other miniseries or docuseries, from Ken Burns to Stephen King's The Stand, they all have different individual episode lengths. That does not stop the full running time being added, and the lengths are also on Letterboxd too. Same with cast regulars. The edit of this show is terrible. I'm waiting to add it on Letterboxd, but the runtime doesn't count, so I'm waiting.

The examples you mentioned have a consistent runtime per episode, for example "Stephen King's The Stand" has a runtime of 90 mins per episode, so it's ok to add the 90 min on the series runtime. For Arnold docuseries it's not valid to add a runtime on the tv series level because each episode has variable runtime (64, 62 and 66 mins).

So the average would be 64. And no, The Stand doesn't have 90 mins per episodes. At least not the remake from 2020. The episodes range from 53 minutes to 65 minutes. Yet, the full runtime is updated on Letterboxd.

We have no control on the values listed on Letterbox. The import of series is a manual process done by them.

Spoken to Letterboxd.

'All of our film data comes from The Movie Database — you can sign up there to add films, submit changes or report inaccuracies. Please make sure to read their Contribution Bible before making additions or corrections.

Changes to TMDb’s data will import to Letterboxd within 30 hours or you can use the shortcut described on our film data page to import brand-new entries. See here for clarification if the import is being blocked. Get back in touch if you encounter further issues!'

There is clearly something wrong with this edit on here. Please can someone fix it, otherwise there will be no running time on Letterboxd.

I suggest you read again the message you have pasted above.

It says explicitely "All of our film data comes from The Movie Database".

In this topic, we are not talking about film data, but series data.

All of their data, whether films or shows or mini-series, come from here. This show seems to be the only miniseries that doesn't have accurate data transferred onto Letterboxd. The issue is being skated over by semantics of movies or shows. Fact of the matter is, there is no total runtime for the show, and there should be. I've shown examples. Another would be Nine Perfect Strangers, which has 8eps ranging from 43 to 55 minutes, yet on here it has data in the running time, and is transfered onto Letterboxd.

As already indicated, we don't have and never had a field with the total runtime of a series.
