When the man who murdered her daughter is released early from prison, police officer Luise Berg vows to put him back behind bars, while a seemingly rehabilitated Dennis pursues a vicious plan of revenge.

After recognizing a familiar piece of evidence at yet another crime scene, Luise is ordered to stay away from Dennis. Later, Josi learns her new boyfriend Luca is not who he claims to be.

While Dennis’ arrest brings relief to Luise, Josi finds herself being blackmailed – and must make a drastic decision.
