Debate PJ Masks: Power Heroes

I think there is an issue with episode 35 Heroes of Space. This originally aired as one episode. It was listed on the site as one episode until recently. Can this be put back?

It as later recut into 4 parts but aired as one long special originally.

Do you have a Disney listing for January 2024 ?

The original broadcast took place in January 2024, not in April 2024.

It is confirmed that "Heroes of Space" has been originally broadcasted as one single 47 minutes episode.

I cannot accept this decision.

Episodes 1-4, Heroes Everywhere, were also broadcast as one episode. Likewise, Episodes 21-24, Heroes of Iceworld, were broadcast as one episode as well.

I would like a rational explanation as to why only Episode 35-38 is being treated as a single episode this time.

Your right both of those should be listed as one episode as well.

Then, what about Episodes 13-14, Iceworld? And do you also think PJ Masks Season 4 Episodes 1-4 should be combined into one?

If the treatment of episodes is going to be changed since PJ Masks, I believe a broader discussion is needed. I am against treating Episodes 35-38 as one episode because it disrupts consistency with how previous episodes have been handled.

This decision is correct. the broadcast as a single episode is confirmed by the DisneyNow archive.

Episodes 1-4, Heroes Everywhere, were also broadcast as one episode. Likewise, Episodes 21-24, Heroes of Iceworld, were broadcast as one episode as well.

The explication is simple. Until now, only "Heroes of Space" have been reported to us. Consequently, we weren't aware that the other episodes may be wrong also. They will be investigated and if necessary, a correction will be applied.

Note that this doesn't allow you to recreate the episodes that have been removed by a moderator. For this time, it will only be a warning, but if you do it again, this can lead to a ban.

Then, please investigate all episodes of PJ Masks Season 1-5, not just PJ Masks Power Heroes. I am certain that, by your definition, there are episodes that would be considered as divided into four parts and others as divided into two parts.

I apologize for that. Initially, I wasn’t aware of the discussion here, so I re-edited the content, thinking that it was lost due to a technical issue. I have no intention of opposing your actions as a moderator.

Did you look at the link from Superboy97? "Heroes of Space", "Heroes of Iceworld" and "Heroes Everywhere" were listed as one episode with out parts by disney. In contrast S1E6 is listed as Iceworld/Iceworld Part II. They (disney) are saying they are two different types of episodes.

This archive indicate that the first episode "Heroes Everywhere" need to be listed as one single 47 minutes episode. This same archive confirm also that the 2 parts of "Iceworld" should remain separated.

This archive confirm that "Heroes of Iceworld" should also be listed as one single 47 minutes episodes.

This archive confirm that the 2 parts of "The Christmas Ninjalinos" should remain separated.

There are no explicit archive available for "Return to Planet Gloop", but the existence of 2 title cards confirm that they should be listed separately.

For "PJ Masks", you will have to file a content report on that series indicating which episodes you think are wrong.

Before doing any modifications to a series, you should always read first the content reports listed on that series. This is mandatory.

I do not think so. It is clear that "Heroes of Space", "Heroes of Iceworld", and "Heroes Everywhere" each contain four parts in one episode, and the only reason they are shortened on the website is to avoid overly long titles like "Heroes of Space / Heroes of Space Part II / Heroes of Space Part III / Heroes of Space Part IV", just as with other episodes.

This page is not an official site, but it displays the title cards for each episode. According to this, "Heroes of Space" has title cards up to Part IV. I have confirmed that the actual show is organized this way as well. From this, I am convinced that Disney recognizes "Heroes of Space" as an episode divided into four parts.

If title cards are to be used as the basis, then as I have indicated, "Heroes of Space", "Heroes of Iceworld", and "Heroes Everywhere" each have title cards up to Part IV and should therefore be treated as four separate episodes.

The basis is the broadcaster listing. Title cards are only used when we have nothing else official available (like here where there are no archive for these segments). Here we can suppose that "Return to Planet Gloop" is similar to "Iceworld" and "The Christmas Ninjalinos".

I believe that relying on the Archive page you provided as evidence is inappropriate. As I mentioned earlier, "Heroes of Space", "Heroes of Iceworld", and "Heroes Everywhere" each contain four parts in one episode, and it’s clear that they were shortened on the website only to avoid excessively long titles like "Heroes of Space / Heroes of Space Part II / Heroes of Space Part III / Heroes of Space Part IV", just as with other episodes.

As indicated in our rules, we should follow the listing of the original broadcaster when it is available. For these episodes, the website (its archive) mention one single title.
