Joe and Jess lay their cards on the table, and Annetjie is getting more concerned about the man who pesters everybody with questions about the management of the hospitals – and about At Koster.

At receives a warning, and Conrad enjoys a nurse’s sense of humor. Nicolette is shocked when she recognizes someone in Mimi’s, and Joe shares news with his housemates.

Joe has a temporary solution for Jess’ problems, and Cecile goes the extra mile to make a certain doctor’s life easier. Nicolette suspects someone has an agenda.

At arrives to sort things out, but it soon becomes clear that it will not be an easy task. Fiona surprises Joe at home, and Cecile is very pleased with herself.

Nicolette decides to step in to try to help a friend. Annetjie comes to a shock realization about something concerning At, and Bonnie misinterprets a conversation and thinks the parties are in serious conflict.

Willem receives instructions from his boss to kill the investigation. Joe and Fiona present to the board, and Conrad realises he has some weaknesses in common with At.

Uys is shocked to see who has been admitted to the ER. Joe realises that Fiona is interested in more than just friendship, and Cecile is very sure about a "relationship".

Joe decides he’s had enough. Willem asks Nicolette for help, and Ella confronts Conrad about Cecile. Uys is worried about his friendship with Nicolette.

Willem puts Uys in a difficult position, and Conrad realises Cecile misunderstood him. Fiona gets a clear message from Joe, and test results cause stress.

The day of the big operation has arrived! Nicolette is excited, but still furious with Uys. Naledi gets suspicious when Amor starts asking questions about Cecile.

Joe and Jess agree that it would be better if Joe moves out. Amor head hunts Cecile, and Bonnie smells a rat. Uys does not know what to do with the information regarding Willem’s investigation.
