The ER is in chaos, but At is determined not to give in to the hackers' demands. Henry is concerned about his reputation, and Ella asks Bonnie for help. Conrad has to apologize to Cecile.

Delia informs the shareholders of the latest progress in the ER, and Nicolette feels powerless to help her brother. Ella is upset by a phone call from LJ.

Rudolf sees a light at the end of the tunnel, thanks to Nicolette. Ella becomes emotional over a patient, and Delia makes a very difficult decision when a patient passes away.

Thalia is showing more empathy towards Le Roux, Ella and Henry's relationship are crumbling even more, and Rian is concerned when he sees a second invoice from the IT specialists.

Rian is beside himself when he fails to trace a thumb drive. Danie's true identity is a surprise to Mercia, and Thalia decides to let her hair down – but not without consequences.

Thalia finally comes to a big realization about her life. Hugo's patient recovers well after surgery, and Nicolette is curious about Francie's relationship with her son.

Mercia and Francie were out the whole night, Amor is grateful for Rian's help, and Thalia decides to close a life chapter for good.
