At doesn’t listen to Kallie’s request, and Chanel doesn’t want to see reason. Eben divulges his fears and suspicions to a visitor. Conrad and At have advice for Elana regarding Steve, while Eben tries to figure out where Zac is getting his money. Naomi’s warning becomes a reality.

An olive branch is extended to Steve, and the doctors are trying to make sense of the medical riddle.

Quinton does his best to support René, and At insists that Maya and Tertius find a connection between the patients. Maya is thrown by Chanel’s behaviour, and Eben comes to realisation about what he will have to do next. René’s concerns are influencing her work, while Rian tries to disrupt Binneland’s steady climb to success. Naomi begins to feel as if she is not part of Louis’ plans.

Ingrid finds Annelize’s behaviour very strange, while bad news travels fast. Hilda Prins is not exactly what René expected, and Okkie’s assistance doesn’t relieve Louis’ underlying stress. Eben is going to have to know his story not to be caught out.

Naomi tries to comfort Ilse regarding Okkie, while she also tries to lighten Louis’s work load. Elana’s laser research is on everyone’s lips, and Maya begins to regret her decision. Annelize feels humiliated by Conrad’s decision to involve Ingrid, while Tracy shares her suspicions with Eben.

Hugo doesn’t have the same opinion as Maya regarding Okkie – and Ilse and Naomi decide to have a talk with Okkie. Annelize surprises Eben when she words her emotions. Conrad doesn’t hold back when he lashes out, while Rian uses his words to manipulate.

Silence makes Annelize uncomfortable – and enrages Eben – but isn’t as upsetting as the meeting that she witnesses. The lack of involvement is actually a compliment, and Maya has had enough of Hugo’s behaviour.
