Bea discovers the connection between Vivienne and Franz and Gideon’s behavior towards Dr. Thiart is not what one would expect from him. Zadie is just one of a few people who have to take a doctor to task and Dirk takes out his frustration regarding Pippa on At. Rian and Franz face a difficult decision.

Dirk reaches breaking point and Franz has to step in. Zadie is in Gideon’s way and the charming Vivienne Armandt is far from done with Franz.

Vivienne tries her best to get Franz all to herself. Gideon realizes that there was a huge miscommunication between him and Naomi and Rian is visibly upset after a visit to Pippa doesn’t go as planned.

Daleen is forced to manage her expectations and Tertius doesn’t hold back when he talks to Rian about Pippa. Bea opens up to Sonja about Vivienne and Naomi has to deliver some bad news. Gideon refuses to get involved in Dr. Thiart’s decisions.

The Gericke children are suspicious about Vivienne’s agenda while Rian is determined to pop the question - despite many objections. Marlien busts Gideon and Naomi.

Bea wonders whether she is doing the right thing when it comes to Franz’s opportunity. Gideon reveals the real reason he distrusts Marlien Thiart and Daleen helps Pippa to make a breakthrough in her recovery.

Franz owes Vivienne an answer and Okkie has advice for Gideon regarding Marlien. Daleen preps Rian for an important meeting and Jan is unimpressed with Bea and Franz’s proposal. A patient makes a terrible discovery and Naomi is once again forced into action.

Physical problems lead to a shock answer. Gideon is not happy when he finds out what Marlien will be allowed to do at Binneland and Jan takes a definitive stand against Franz and Bea.

Vivienne thinks that Bea is responsible for Franz’s decision and Wimpie thinks something is wrong with his heart. Delia realizes that Binneland will suffer because of someone’s divided attention. Support isn’t always appreciated.

Vivienne causes more problems for the Bassons. Franz is under pressure - and not for the reasons everyone thinks. Gideon warns Rian and Delia about Marlien, and a much loved couple looks like they are drifting apart. At is worried about the future of Binneland.

Rian has a big question for Naomi and a grudge is buried. Gideon receives bad news while At gets to the truth of the matter with the help of Annetjie. Rian receives a huge surprise while Delia is confronted about Rian.

At starts his campaign to get rid of Rian and Naomi struggles to get a patient to listen to her. Gideon tries to console another doctor.

Relationships are tested when a third party is involved. Another relationship is changed forever by one word. Gideon and Marlien look at each other in a new light, and Quinton walks in on a very awkward situation.

Rian makes a huge decision because of Pippa. A night of passion needs to be hidden while Delia is caught between a rock and a hard place. Daleen and Naomi are panic-stricken when they discover that a patient is missing and At is advised to make sure of his son’s support.

Marlien’s games are messing with Gideon’s head while Zadie needs help with an audition. Sonja’s stories might mean the end of her and At. Delia’s loyalty is put to the test. Rian’s house might be a challenge for the new inhabitant and Okkie will need to get help if he wants to turn someone’s birthday into an unforgettable event.

Zadie is determined to have a party and At’s enemies grow stronger. Louisa loses her heart on paper and Gideon wants answers from Marlien. Naomi gets another VIP patient.

Gideon’s bad news doesn’t stop him from looking for Rian and Zadie’s big day arrives. Delia is forced to deal with a hospital crisis in the absence of the managing director.

Marlien’s behaviour surprises Gideon while Gideon is not the only person who is looking for Marlien. Binneland gets very bad publicity and accusations are slung between two lovebirds. Naomi is worried about Hannon’s privacy and Bea wonders about Franz’s hands.

Gideon’s day starts off with an inconvenient truth and ends with a hard lesson learnt. Rian’s decision about his future will have an influence on At and Delia. Sonja will have to think very hard before she can start believing in someone’s pretty words again.
