Vida wants answers concerning Lexi, and Naomi warns Ilse not to expect too much of Tracy. At warns Jacques about Nagskof’s security, while Hugo brings the harsh reality to Tracy’s attention. Danny and Lexi cause Botha to be concerned about Elana, and Quinton blames himself for Greeff’s situation.

Vida is a master manipulator, and Tertius asks the nurses a favor regarding Maya. Tracy will have to do her best to ensure that Hugo doesn’t fire her. Elana’s hope is focused on Danny, and Tertius and At will have to put their differences aside to come up with an effective plan.

Elana is worried about Vida, while Tracy is very impressed with Jacques. Botha’s focus shifts, and Greeff is not ready to play open cards. Annelize realises that news about Tim will open up old wounds for At, and Quinton claims that he was assaulted at Nagskof.

Quinton is out for blood, but Jacques shares bad news with him. Vida doesn’t scare easily, while Steve and Elana discuss Greeff. Vida gives Tim a stern ultimatum, and Maya is concerned about Greeff’s family. Tracy realises what is actually going on, while a dream is shattered…

Rian seeks answers from Tertius – before he reports for duty at Southern Hope, where he is not welcomed with open arms. At and Louis try to encourage Quinton to get over the Nagskof incident, while At is worried about Greeff and Binneland Clinic.

Rian is experiencing a very tough time, and Okkie asks Louis about his future plans. Conrad and Ingrid wonder if it is possible to get rid of Rian, while Jacques makes Tracy a very handsome offer. Maya is starting to lose her patience with a stubborn patient. Annelize can’t help to stir the pot during a meeting.

The strange, but very comfortable, dynamic between At and Annelize is scrutinized, and Naomi puts Louis at ease with his decision. Rian is livid when he is served with legal documents, while Greeff has his first session with Liezl. Tracy’s lies are starting to catch up with her, and a public meeting doesn’t go well.

Jacques takes his manipulation one step further, and At doesn’t react the way that Louis expected about the shares. Tertius tries to get Greeff to admit something that everyone else already knows. Annelize hears about Ingrid and Conrad’s advice, while Okkie is also getting worried about At’s words.

An emotional first meeting takes place in the Koster Mansion – but is short-lived when Rian finds out the truth. Greeff offers Maya an apology, and Jacques gives Tracy a task. Ingrid is more realistic than AT – and it leads to At paying a visit at Southern Hope.

A crisis at Hugo’s flat sets Wimpie into motion, and Steve realises too late that he is actually an uninvited guest. Okkie takes At on about Louis, and Tracy is stunned by a decision.

Louis presents his big marketing campaign to At, and a piece of information makes Lexi worried. Ingrid confronts Rian, but Rian blames everyone else for the current situation.

Steve’s flat is getting a bit cramped, while René wants to become a part of Tracy’s world. Annelize feels isolated from current affairs, and the police are investigating the case of a missing girl. Rian is blown away by a confession, while Tracy’s questions lead to a phone call.

The missing girl and CCTV cameras cause a headache, and the new housemates are going to have to navigate the cramped space in which they find themselves. Possible teamwork gets Rian thinking, while Conrad and Steve use each other as sounding boards.

A strange friend request boggles Louis, and Rian assures Conrad that his main motivation has always been love. Tracy is not the only one that smells a rat, while media coverage makes Rian’s life complicated.

Steve discusses Lexi with Hugo, and Louis’s suspicions unsettle René. Danny reminds Tracy who the Kosters really are, and Conrad discusses the truth with Ingrid.

Hugo’s professional attention leads to personal questions, while a familiar face rocks up at Binneland Clinic – and he is not just looking for a job. The truth has its own consequences, and Chanel explains her emotions to Danny.

Louis discusses his problems with Naomi, while two nurses have completely different reactions to an appointment. Jacques has it in for Louis, and Steve is thankful for the change in Lexi’s attitude. Tertius is stunned when Annelize opens her heart towards him, while René tries to understand Stefan’s motives.

Steve’s plan includes Dr. Butler, and Tracy observes the tension between Annelize and Tertius. A trap for Jacques is set, while Tertius is not the only one that is unhappy with Stefan. Louis receives a threatening message, while Lexi has to assist Hugo with his follow-up date.

Uys battles with Danny who is always around, and Jacques has information about someone. Steve confronts Dawid in front of Delia, and gets a big shock.

Tertius organises a surprise for Daleen and Nina, At finds out Bets is back in Pretoria, and Febé finds out about Uys’s cunning plan.

Tertius admits he is considering a big move, Hugo fears for a patient’s life, and Nina is cynical about the future. Uys confronts Bonnie, and Naomi discovers that Bets is homeless.

While Louis and Naomi are at loggerheads about Bets, Bets impresses Thalia. Uys cannot decide what he should do about his relationship with Febé, and it looks like someone wants to move abroad.

Febé is very upset when she discovers what Uys was planning to do, and the Koster family is stressed out. Naomi helps Bets with a request, but when At walks in on them, he is not happy.

Tertius has an open and honest conversation with his daughter, Karen receives good news about the John Doe that was admitted, and Bets is suddenly not as desperate to see Conrad.

Louis and Naomi argue over Bets, Tracy has to say farewell to someone, and Karen realises her patient is starting to remember. Jacques warns At that Conrad is in danger, and At swears revenge.

Conrad’s situation gives a certain liar some grace. A relationship that has reached a turning point, looks like it might survive. Karen is desperate over her forced lie.

A letter helps Tracy to make a decision, much to Tertius’ surprise. Two women are hopeful that all is not lost. Karen still has her hands full with her difficult patient.

Karen is very protective of her patient, and battles with the idea that another “nurse” will be monitoring him. Tracy has doubts about her and Tertius’ plans. Bets has a breakthrough with Conrad, and gives Nicolette something to think about.

Naomi is impressed with Conrad, and Tracy is shocked to find out her secret has been leaked. Elise rubs someone up the wrong way.

At convinces Conrad to go back to work. The new locum once again embarrasses Uys, and Steve thinks she looks familiar. Elise and the nurses are at loggerheads about Braam.

Febé and Bonnie make an exciting discovery about Braam. Naomi is shocked when she sees the new locum, and Bets tells Nicolette they will never be friends. At has a new plan.

It seems that At was assaulted, and Bets is even more afraid. Conrad agrees to see a psychologist, and the nurses' curiosity about Ella lands Naomi in hot water. Braam opens up about Jasmyn, and Elise has a difficult decision to make.

Uys confesses about Ella, and Jasmyn's email makes Elise anxious. Bets drops a bomb, and Conrad says goodbye to a shocked doctor. Braam is thrown when he hears Jasmyn is coming to visit, and Naomi admits Ella makes her uncomfortable.

A loved one from the past is completely different from what everyone expected. Nicolette stands her ground about her loyalties, even though it might negatively impact her future. Naomi starts getting a very worrying suspicion.

Elise does not trust Jasmyn, and decides to test her. Ella cannot get away from the ghosts of her past, and Conrad tries to piece together the things he cannot remember after the accident.

Jacques warns Conrad that he is being watched, and Elise wants to start nursing again. Marissa nearly makes a mistake, and shows her anger towards Naomi. Conrad gets the green light, and Ella is in trouble.

An attacker dies, and Jacques has to call in unexpected help. Conrad cannot remember what he did to waiter E, and Febé and Uys argue about Ella. Tracy teases Tertius about marriage, and he has an ambiguous reaction.

Liam is angry with Delia, Conrad mistakenly warns Tracy they are on her trail, and Rian asks Louis to help him with a dodgy email. Naomi tells Louis she loves him.

There are concerns about what Liam might have told the police, and Conrad asks Jacques to help out at Southern Hope. Tracy is spotted again.

Jacques rubs Tertius up the wrong way and Tertius loses it. Annetjie is struggling with a difficult assignment, and Liam realises someone wants to get rid of him. Steve is concerned about Nicolette's future.

Liam is confronted about Dawid, and Louis suspects Naomi is getting sentimental. Bonnie tells Annetjie stuff she did not know. Tertius gets the shock of his life.

Delia tries to convince Liam not to fight, more pressure is put on Tertius to steal the TB medicine, and Annetjie discovers what happens in the linen room.

Tertius gets drilled for answers, and Liam struggles to deal with information about Dawid. Annetjie feels inspired by the love stories of her Binneland colleagues.

Liam has to make a difficult decision, and Febé pours her heart out. Conrad considers Tertius' suggestion, and the pressure is mounting.

Nicolette's brother needs her urgently, Conrad has to take care of Leah, and Annetjie's story collection is growing. Vicky is in trouble at school.

Steve is planning an intervention, Nicolette has a new place to call home, and Tertius admits the situation with Leah is breaking his heart.

Jonas thinks his plan is working, Nicolette freeze during an operation, and Tertius is prepared to do anything to help Tracy. Annetjie's presentation is a huge success, but someone has already seen the "other" version.

Rian finds a lead that might help them get to Jonas, Steve struggles to trust Nicolette when Vicky is admitted to the ER, and Annetjie's dream is slowly but surely becoming a reality.

Steve does not know what to do about Vicky's situation, Tertius fears the worst for Tracy, and Annetjie publishes another story on her blog.

Someone, in a critical condition, arrives at Binneland, and Steve thinks he pushed Nicolette too hard. Love and business partners' popularity starts to grow.
