After taking on the position as the new deputy head of the Copenhagen Symphonic Orchestra, Jeppe Nygren is forewarned about the peculiar habits of musicians. Soon, he finds himself entangled in a conflict with Bo Høxenhaven, the second clarinetist.
Bo's inappropriate comment to Anastacia is blown up by Simon Elliot into a major sexual harassment case. Jeppe is asked to take on the case before the role of the legal department come into play.
Bo reluctantly seeks therapy for his troubling views on women. On Valentine's Day, he learns of Regitze's infidelity; Jeppe, shocked by conductor Marcellino's sexist comments, fights to protect the orchestra's dignity after the harassment case.
Bo gains popularity among the Orchestra due to his mother Vibeke, a medical secretary who provides pills to the musicians. Bo's newfound fame catches Anastacia's attention, leading to an invitation to her home.
Under pressure to salvage the Orchestra's finances, Jeppe seeks sponsorship from investor Marcus Holm; to Bo's great surprise, Anastacia shows up to play at a concert.
