According to the Apple TV app, episode 3 airs on Wednesday, October 2nd, not 1st.

Update: It's available now (night of October 1st) as reported on TMDB, even though the app said Wednesday... Now episode 4 is reported to be released on the 9th (Wednesday), so probably Tuesday (the 8th) night?

Apple TV always release its content very early in the morning (I don't remember the exact time) Ireland time, which mean that they are always available in the United States (or Mexico) in the evening of the previous day.
The date listed here should be the date of the availability in the origin country (Mexico in this case).
