The assaults on stagecoaches occur continuously in the province by the bandits. The governor makes a pact with Curro Jiménez to stop them, but there are more bandits around.

Some convicts escape, led by an assassin who is also a marquis, and they terrorize the towns they pass by demanding money and murdering.

An English journalist, a correspondent for the London Times, arrives in Andalusia to interview Curro Jiménez to publish his biography. But it is not so easy to find him.

El Algarrobo finds a kidnapped girl in a gypsy camp and rescues her by becoming fond of her as if without wanting to leave her.

A young man, son of a doctor, trained in liberal ideas, decides to imitate Curro Jimenez to implement justice, for this reason he kidnaps the owner of a mine that cruelly exploits the miners. At the doctor's request, Curro Jimenez must intervene to teach a lesson to his imitator and to a young miner who accompanies him in his adventure.

A Scottish nobleman condemned to death chooses to die drowned in a barrel of sherry wine of a special vintage. As the winemaker refuses to sell the wine, an English lord hires Curro Jiménez to provide it.
